Returning Your Purchase
Online purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be accompanied by the original receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are properly packed and that you receive proof of postage and tracking number from your chosen carrier or postal service.
Products that are returned with any make-up marks, horse hair or stains will not be accepted.
Excluded Return Items
Please note that the below items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Safety Items - This includes but is not limited to Riding Helmets, Airbags and Safety Stirrups.
- Gift Cards.
- Made to Measure Items.
- Bespoke items made in personalised colours or embroidered goods.
- Sale Products.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are non-refundable. We are happy to offer a store voucher to the value paid instead.

Do not place any postage labels on any product boxes or packaging as they will not be eligible for return as we cannot sell the product without its original packaging intact.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the following items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed
- Special Order Riding Boots not held in stock and Custom Made Boots.
- Pre-Order Items.
- Custom Helmets.
- Custom Saddles.
